研究方向

主要研究方向为青藏高原植物多样性保护,立足于青藏高原-喜马拉雅高寒生物多样性热点区域,在植物分类、系统发育、生物地理学、保护生物学等研究领域,围绕青藏高原植物多样性时空演化格局、多样性形成和维持机制、极小种群和珍稀濒危植物濒危机制等一系列科学问题开展研究工作,阐明植物多样性濒危机制,研发种群恢复技术,对高寒植物种质资源进行收集、保存、创新及利用。近年来主要在以下几个方面开展研究工作:

(1)开展青藏高原植物多样性调查、收集、保藏与评估,构建生物多样性大数据平台;

(2)构建青藏高原代表性植物类群的全基因组图谱,进行比较基因组学和群体重测序研究,解析关键性状的分子进化机理,弄清植物多样性形成和维持机制;

(3)揭示珍稀濒危物种或极小种群物种繁殖和生长发育的关键因子,研发种群繁殖、恢复、迁地和回归保护的关键技术;

(4)构建以就地保护和恢复为主,以迁地保护和近地保护为补充的完整的濒危物种有效保育体系。
